"CAMPBELL'S BRAINS"
Medium: Ceramic, Photography, and Photoshop

Dimensions: 18.5 in. × 18 in. × 0.03 in.
The year is 2088. The place is Earth, but not as we know it. After the Great Zombie Revolution of 2075, the zombie population outnumbered the human community 1000 to 1. Humans existed in a state of perpetual fear and paranoia of having their brains eaten by this new dominant group. Luckily, the brilliant food scientists at the Campbell Soup Company discovered a way to aid in the survival the human race and end the mass hysteria. They developed a groundbreaking formula for a substance that resembles pieces of the human brain. This new synthetic “brain” has the same texture, smell, and apparently, flavor of a genuine human cerebrum. The zombies can’t tell the difference, and can’t get enough of it! All human beings are employed in Campbell’s factories around the world, producing about 16 million cans of “Campbell’s Brains” per day. Thanks to Campbell’s glorious invention, humans and zombies live in peace. My photos depict an average Joe zombie enjoying a blissful dinner of the wonderful artificial brain.
